Is there an IN list? How do I know my registration gone through and funds received?

So being an avid fly fisherman, anyone else planning on casting some elk hair caddis on this trip?

I think we should make it more interesting by wading in kilts,. Only real men fly fish in kilts

How much to pay, which option to select

Please excuse my stupidity. I am bringing my GF, she current does not have a bike and will want to cook our meals so what is the price for one rider two campers? Not trying to be a cheap BMW rider, just need to know the total. Thanks! Looking foward to meeting outher inmates and enjoying what Tenn has to offer

Unfortunately we can't split up the price for food/no food or beer/no beer - we have the whole resort booked and the weekend is "all inclusive". If you have dietary needs just let us know and we will try to make it happen.

Regarding the rides: there are no official rides at the RDV, however there are a bunch of locals that will let you tag along if you like - see page 1. I am quiet sure there will be a two-up ride going on as well (as soon as somebody steps up and wants to lead a group).

Hopes this helps!

I'm bringing my stuff. What day are you getting there? I'd be willing to show everyone around. If you like wet wading, 2-wt's, and think 4x tippet is just to damn big then just about any stream has rainbow trout. Some brookies are up high.

Bringing waders and a 5-wt? The Watauga tailwaters are, literally, 10 minutes down the road. The Holston and it's stupidly big browns and up in Kingsport maybe 30 minutes away.

Real men wear kilts? Well my mother was a Fraser...

I just ordered a 3 wt pack rod and plan to bring it. Haven't fished for trout in near 20 years. Mostly smallmouth and salt water. Should be interesting.

I wish I had something smaller then a 8wt. Most of my fly fishing is done on the coast for AJs and Albies.

I have two 4 wt rods but one is a 9' 2-pc and the other an 8.5' 2-pc. Everything else is 7wt of bigger. While a Snook on on a 4wt might be interesting for a few seconds, an 8wt is a better choice. The fours were mostly used fr small mouth and pan fish.

I hear ya. My first rod was a 5 wt that I was using inshore for redfish and specs. The problem was I couldn't get the reds turned around fast enough with it and kept losing them under docks or in grass/oyster beds. Sold it to get a 9 wt and been using that ever since. After a quick search I found this: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Crystal-Ri...ories/16637121 I'm sure it's crappy but might be perfect for use off the bike.
