That's not the drain plug. Leave it alone.

Guess I'll have to get into the maintenance manual, to see what the heck that is.

My Richochet skid plate just arrived. Wow, this is some of the worst home-made looking welds I've ever seen in a commercial product.

I need to snap a couple. But let's just say that compared to welds in the pic you posted of your prototype rack these welds look like they were made with JB weld out on the trail

I agree. I just got mine too. It looks pretty rough, but, it's just going to look rougher once it gets in the dirt.

when we first started we used C02, then switched to 25/75 , That made a lot of diffrence but the big thing is the 3 tables we have 1st table is 10.000 rpm wire wheel 2nd table is 10.000 rpm 80 grit flap wheel 3rd table is scotchbrite wheel and even then some still come out bad , we can still fix it until its powder coated then, its heart break ,so we cut them in half then in the trash , i guess it in the extra labor that does it , at least for us
plus send it back if one slips through, (only 4 in 5 years) not bad but it dose happen , I think the days of cheap stuff from over there is behind us , maybe, jobs will come back too

Ricochet Armor Skid Plate Photos

Here's the photos. The plate installed in the usual way. I did use anti seize on the threads. I'm going to take it for a ride in the morning and see what happens.
