New bars came today, CR High. Bent the stockers, so gave me a reason to replace

I put those on mine. Didn't even wait to crash. I put the 1 1/8 bars on.

I just took it for a spin. It is the best money I have spent on this bike. It feels great. I would recommend this seat to everyone.

Looks good. Could we get a profile pic with a little more distance? Just in order to see the entire bike.

Going to gather firewood this month, so I experimented with attaching one of my handier woodcraft tools.

It holds secure and I can lock the lanyard into the mount so it won't come out of the scabbard even if the buckles come undone. Plus it's quick and easy to get on and off and the only modifications were done to the scabbard, not the bike.

No issues with the cable lengths at full lock with the adapters ? I do like the look without the crossbar.

Seat Concept seat

Just installed my new seat from Seat Concepts. I love it. I couldn't belive the difference when I took it for a spin today. Very good investment for this bike.

How tall are you Kevin? I had an SC seat for my Versys and had to sell it. It raised me back up and moved me too far back. Where the seat widens was also awkward. I have short legs though. Thanks for your input.

I really want to try one again.

Talking

Some thoughts:

- The motor is one of the best honda motors Ive ever owned/riden. I couldnt care less that its made in thailand after the beating it got today. It performed flawlessly, shifted smoothly and positively ever time, and had a lot of grunt.
- I definitely need a smaller front sprocket. 2nd gear is way too tall stock

I agree, Honda has really done their best on the MD38! Man, that thing is smooth as silk.

This is my first EFI bike after riding dirt all my life. The crisp throttle response is a welcome change!

Just turned 303km on my 250L. I use it every day and am loving it!

Cheers!
Glenn.
