HELP! Need a decal, but need it like yesterday

I know there are a few vendors on here who do vinyl decals so I'm hoping someone can help me out of a bind. I have a logo I need to have made into a decal, color and all that doesn't matter, it's to be used as a mask for some very light sandblasting. My local sign shop has done them for me for the past two years, but somehow have suddenly lost the ability to do it successfully.

At this point I can send a JPG, but I have a request in to get the vector file sent to me. And I'd need it in my hand by Wednesday at the latest. Anyone able to save my bacon?
