Hi Guys,

Sorry about the delay as things have been crazy with work, remodeling the basement and the baby on the way!

I received an email on 10/23/12 from Istvan with photos of the boxes and photos of the shipping slips. I was able to track the boxes and it seems they left Romania on 10/28 but I have not received them yet. I am cautiously optimistic that he is going to make good on this and will report to you guys right away if I get the luggage.

This is straight out of a email scam story! I'm waiting to hear the guy asked you to wire him $10k so he could wire you back $1 MILLLION (Nigerian ).

Please keep us up to date on this - particularly the name change, if that happens. I do NOT want to accidental end up dealing with this "Istvan" guy!

On October 22nd I sent Istvan an email for an update on my order. We are up to 250 days by then. I got a response that a new batch was being made and that I would get something done within 10 days. I waited 15 days and then sent the following email:

"Daniela ( his new point man ), it has now been 15 days since you last wrote to me that something would happen with my order within 10 days. Do you have any news for me? Please tell me that you were able to complete my order( ordered and paid on Feb 22nd ) ? Let me know what is happening".

Well guess what? My emails are now returning with a "delivery failure notification" message. I feel totally screwed now.
Could anybody from Romania reading this thread tell me how to lodge a formal legal complain against this guy. Is there a Better Business Bureau type of association in Romania that I could contact to let them know how I have treated. Could I lodge a complain with the local police? Any info would be welcomed. I want this guy, and the people around him to know how I feel about him and the way he treated me.
I want to believe that something positive could still happen, but it sure doesn't look that Istvan cares about anything that I have to say. Very disappointing.

You are a very patient man.
I hate to say it, but with 250 days gone by, since you ordered, you ain´t never gonna see those panniers, no matter what he has promised you. It´s long overdue. So don´t accept all his fucking excuses, ´cause they´re all gonna make you more and more sad and angry.

I can´t help you on the complain, but I sure hope someone in here can.
However, I´m pretty sure you have to be quite persistent, since Romania is still a bit bureaucratic.... (don´t mean to offend/upset any romanians in here..)
