Full Spectrum Power P2 Lithium Battery

Folks,

I'm thinking about getting a lithium battery from a company called Full Spectrum Power for my '01 R1100S. It's supposed to be super light and crank like crazy. Anyone have anything for or against?

This company uses the A123 cells. Also, it looks like they are a small hobby outfit, assembling everything by hand, restoring an old Suzuki, etc.

And while none of that is bad, the price for a lightweight, high powered LiFePO4 battery is high. Also they advise that the main application for their batteries is for racing, not for the typical street bike with accessories, ABS, extra lights, etc.

Until more competition comes along to reduce prices, I would still opt for the Odyssey AGM.

Use the new P3 adventure bike spec. battery. It's far superior to the P2.
