I'll be at the races tonight - high up in the nosebleeds but with a fun crew of friends.

It rained Thurs and Fri but today is totally clear and the sun is out. Should make for great soil and an awesome race!

Arena Cross live from Penn. at 9:30 est and then Supercross at 10:30 on Direct TV. What a great night for the wife to be out of town.

RV has not really been on his game these last two races. They didn't show him much but watching the timing across the top of the screen it would seem like he was fixing to start forward then he would actually lose a place. Kind of strange.

I thought that the track was terrible with virtually no place for the guys to pass.

It was great to see Windham throw out an opening transfer and good to hear him on the mike.

Milsaps isn't the surprise anymore. He is the real deal.

Reed had the speed to reel him in but made a dumb error. Have all of rReed's crashes been in right hand turns?

Speaking of which.......can we please see an off-camber sometime this season?

Those two turns around the tuff-block thrown out there bugged me too.

This is turning into 2 wheeled NASCAR.Looked like Reed was the"favorite;)" to win last night till he tucked the front.Little or no passing,the only positive I get from any of this season is injuries have been scarce,I hope this trend continues till we get outdoors!On a positive note,Windam did a decent job his first time in the booth.

I fell asleep after the 250 main and woke up to Milsapps on the podium.

Davalos was really smart after he crashed to stay where he was and not try to move left or right. Roczen must be drinking those energy drinks he's gotten really fucking fast. Stewarts pass for first in his heat race was sweet. Nie job by Cole Seeley standing on the other rider. what a dick.
