Fatality in Ft. Scott KS

http://www.fstribune.com/story/1897743.html
A young rider with a wife and two children was killed on his way to work as an EMT by a car that came across the center line according to the paper. I heard there was an accident and when I heard it involved a motorcycle my heart just sank! I didn't know the guy well, but I did talk with him one day. His uncle gave him the 1977 honda goldwing that was in pretty good shape. He just got the bike not long ago and was going through the carbs to get it running right. Anyway, RIP fellow rider.

Out here we have long, straight two lane roads, my biggest fear is a sleeping driver.

Too bad Mr. Bassett will not be facing a manslaughter charge.
