I got this out of someone's garbage when I was about 12. I found it buried in a shed when we cleaned out my parent's haus after my father died. It kicked around here for a few years before I sold it on ebay a year ago.

If you don't mind, where was the market at on that a year ago?

what's a basement?

it's good to go with new tires, mainly there for storage reasons

Wow, some nice oldies here... Here's my Dad's Raleigh Sports he bought new in 1953. I abused this bike as a teenager, and it's still going. I have my mom's as well. Same year, better shape.

I don't remember. I looked at my ebay and paypal but it's too old to easily find.

Cool, thanks for the effort though madeouttaglass

These damn box bikes keep following me home, haggled this one down to $30 today.

Complete bike, bearings and races look good, decent paint, dent free fenders, and all the chrome is pretty good. Wheels do need some truing stand time with a nice sized hop in the back and both wobble considerably, I can make a nice set out of the four. It's amazing with most of these old wheels that I put in the stand, they almost always have spokes that are completely loose or don't even measure on the tensiometer.

Soon to be a fully functioning 1969 Sting Ray Slik Chik.
