This guy teaches MSF courses?

I'm sure he's a safe instructor...

He has heard over and over again...."don't touch the front brake, you'll go over the bars". He is VERY afraid of that front brake lever and is staying WAY far back from it.

i remember signing a doc that said i would conduct myself in a way that positively reflects the msf.
no drinking and riding, proper gear, proper riding techniques, etc...
maybe things are different in michigan.

When I got my license renewed, 7 years back at our local DMV, there were 3 guys on chopped and semi chopped H-D's doing the ODoT driving test in the DMV parking lot. I've never seen so many low speed rear brake lock ups in my life. I sometimes think they steer by locking it up and laying it over.

I once heard 'a 750 vulcan is so fast it will jump out from underneath you'. Same guy also said 'a hayabusa has 19" front brake rotors'.
He was an msf ridercoach. Maybe he still is.
When the demands on coaches and the demand for coaches is high and the rewards are low... What happens? 38 coaches in an entire state.

I did my years on the parking lot. It is your turn now.

A free solo climber can also teach aid climbing.

What about doing the Everest without oxygen while teaching safe climbing?

Better than that, what about a smoking doctor?

Come on guys...what he teaches and what he does in his spare time are different beasts.

As long as he doesn't go around telling everyone who'll listen that he's a MSF rider coach!

Problem is, most of the blowhard rider coaches that I've seen over the years do just that.

He's simply demonstrating the inherent stability of the motorcycle due to the gyroscopic force of the spinning wheels...

I've been a RiderCoach since '07. As long as he just does it for charity and not self aggrandizement, especially in front of his students, I don't necessarily have a problem with it. Shame he couldn't do it on a closed course somewhere (like the long distance wheelie record) but what can you do?
