This is on day three....everyone will be wet

Without question the water crossings (16-22 of them I think on day 3 ) should be scouted (aka pre walked)......a bunch have big boulders in them which could easily tip ya (resulting in a pita scenario or you and your buds)

June.....never rains.....water levels "should" be low

It's not all water crossings, also some pretty cool terrain

But no shit....there is a ton of water crossings

Show up with good bearings in your wheels

I prefer it wet. It's what defined the RR for me. That and go LEFT at the shack. Down the rocks.

Except this time its in reverse....so go up the steep, rocky hill to the shack. Maybe a good spot to sit with a video camera

Actually it was a tongue in cheek joke.

Tammy has a good sence of humor laughing at my comment. She's right in the thick of it.

Got to see some of the chaos on the way to and from the Hammer Run in south Jersey this past weekend. Hope things are easing up down there.

In line waiting for gas is better than car trunks bobbing up and down in the water in the parking lots, and that is better than Staten Island which sort of looked like Staten Beach now in the footage.

Still take the opportunity to go ride in the flood a bit. You will need the practice if Ted says it will be wet. He didnt say watch out for water in 2011 and this is what it looked like.
