KTM auxiliary fuse box, anyone added one behind headlight?

I'm wiring up a DDM HID right now (into a KTM 2007 square reflector H4 mask) and I don't really want to run yet another wire back to the battery. I'm already tapping power for electric vest and gps and I was looking for a cleaner way.

Has anyone wired up a aux fuse box behind the headlight mask? If so, what type and how did you mount it.

Looking for something with 3 connections, each independently fused (ideally with a full sized blade fuse). I don't need any relays. Also, I don't want to spend more than about $30.

Basically something like this from Eastern Beaver but smaller (only 3 connections), cheaper and mountable somewhere in this mess:

Trouble is space - even a small block will require a few square inches of space, and space is tight behind the light already. Still, smart idea. I'v been considering one under the seat somewhere on my Enduro R. ;)

there is room below the KTM molex panel, I think.

I was thinking of trying to fab something out of sheet metal which mounted to the same 2 bolts as the ktm molex panel, had a cutout for the ktm molex panel to clear and then extended below it, where you could maybe mount a fuse panel.

make any sense?

I'd seen it but it's designed to "tuck into spaces near the battery". I want something that will mount under the headlight and the wiring is long enough to run back to the battery. I need 2 to 3 feet of wire between the battery and where I want to mount it.

If you look, the wire run isn't that long.

It's also too expensive.

Also, I'd prefer something that has full sized blade fuses. Nothing else on the bike uses mini blades.

In more detail, I was thinking of trying to make a taller version of #13 with some extra space below where I could mount some kind of fuse block. Maybe even create some more spaces for 3 additional connectors to snap onto. I think there is clearance for this piece to be taller.
