D30 Armor in First Gear Kathmandu?

Thinking about upgrading the armor in my FG Kathmandu (2011) jacket (shoulders, elbows and backpad). Just want to make sure it will fit in the armor "pockets" of the jacket and pants.

Anyone that has done this?
