Pimping out my F650ST

Alright,
So I'm a longtime lurker and a first time poster. Here's the situation, I have a 1997 BMW F650ST and I just recently bought a set of Jesse bags off of craigslist. The seller told me he bought them from his friend who had a 97 BMW 650, in hopes of putting them on his Honda, well that didn't work so now I have them. This is my first bike and my first time trying to put saddle bags on and I don't have an instruction manual and my Clymer book doesn't have a chapter on accessories. I sent Jesse Luggage an email and called them and found out they are away until the 7th so if anyone has some advice, pointers, or instructions, I'd appreciate it. I'm pretty sure I'm missing some bolts, but anyways, here's what I've got.

Looking at a '97 ST and was also eyeing up some Jesses. Any issues? Do any more mods?
