Qld - stoney creek rd through bellthorpe to jimna open?

Just planning a little run for tomorrow and wanted to check if this road is open ..

I was planning on going from stoney creek rd north and end up near jimna fire tower - 4wd blogs indicate a easy run but some say it is closed after 2011 storms ???

Anyone been that way lately ?

Stoney Creek Rd runs off of D'aguilar Hwy up to Bellthorpe Rd in the forestry, about 2klm west of Kilcoy/Beerwah Rd.

Ye went for a run up there today . Plan was to use stoney creek to get to jimna but we decided to try this loop off it - goodla . On the map it showed that it looped back down to stoney creek but we must have gone wrong - the track came to a sign that said " not suitable for any vehicle" .. Might not be the best on a real big bike was passable and spat us out near sandy creek .

So in the end never got to do all of stoney creek as planned but it is a lovely easy run and was fairly cool considering how hot it was .

Its been on and off the market for years mate. Doubt if it's likely to sell and even let bikes in there.
