Marushin RS-MX 850g
I got one of these famous low weight helmets.
http://bullfighter.no/images/marushi...hin-RSMX-L.jpg Pro: 1 - very light. It weighs 900g spot on, on the kitchen weight. 2 - Ok buffeting at high speedíng. 100km/h ok - 150km/h ok (- 200km/h not relevant but i did it and it worked out ok). 3 - good straight opening for the goggles Con: 1 - The build quality is not Thor or Arai. The fittings and material could be better. 2 - On my helmet i needed some glue to help fit the last "neck" support pillow. 3 - The buckle could be better material. It doesnt slide very good with the strap. All: I have only ridden with the helmet onroad for now. and will put some offroad writings on later. I am satisfied witht the helmet. When i got the box i hardly believed there was a helmet inside. VERY LIGHT. My old Thor Force and new Marushin helmet LocuL screwed with this post 03-29-2009 at 08:49 AM |

Is that a piece of Picatinny rail on your old helmet??? Darn good idea.

Yes I just recently came home from Afghanistan(ISAF6)Helmand. And i used the Viosport POV.1 helmetcam setup for patrole/combat situations. Damn good quality. Now that i´m home i like filming my "combat situations" with the bike
. So it was very quick adapted to the bike-setup.
