Yes it does. I just did not put them on.
I am still working on my air box mod and faring mounts

Yes that is how the fuel lines work
I may try to install a small vacuum fuel pump and a three way fuel valve ( Like the 690 rally bike)
Then I can monitor where the fuel comes from and to help balance the bike.
Then I also have a back up fuel pump on the bike.

That Vacuum pump won't be much help as a back up, you need 50psi and that pump would be lucky to produce 3psi

Confirmed,you would'nt get any use from a vaccum pump,as the main pump is in the rear tank,and operates at high(ish) pressure.
you can turn off the front tank taps and just burn the rear fuel load first,or open both front taps and the fuel load goes down equally,tripling the reserve distance when the fuel light comes on.

I did not know you needed 50 PSI, well it may only help drain the front tanks a little faster
just one less thing to mess withfor now.

I found an extrenal fuel pump that I'll be able to use as a back up if the intank pump quits but since I've revamped my 690, I can have the tank off in 10 minutes and have the pump R and R done in 30 minutes maximum.
