Oil top off issues...
Got back from running around today....08 990 adventure.....checked on center stand per manual when warm. Was down to bottom of dipstick (min mark). Manual says that's 500 ml (.5 liter ). I added about 400 ml. Ran around again....checked wen warm same way.....now just over max mark..
Am I ok?:y0

You'll be fine. I found that low mark to high mark is closer to 250 mills.

Also...... the oil tank is only a container........ the return oil pump controls the oil level......... this is a dry sump engine!
