Welcome Jena

I don't post much around here, lurk more than anything. But occasionally I get it in my system and post for a few days straight! But I really like the fact that this here is a womens thread!

I'm in central Ohio, if there are other women riders out this way let me know.

Lost-Control,

I imagine it's custom. I could ride the bike, but those ICON boots sure put the fear of God in me. It's probably a function of my experience.

Well perhaps I will have to consider doing a custom paint job on my own!
Wouldn't that just kill any man to see a pink dual sport!

Hey Girl how are you doing? I will be checking in every so often as I am on a 57 day ride from Kansas City to Alaska by way of New York City. It will be hard for me to at times get on line...

Thanks for checking us out. See you around...

Hey Dakar,

How difficult has it been finding WiFi hotspots so far?

If you can find a star$$$$s coffee or a major book store like B&N you will have no problem. But I did have issues when I was in smaller areas trying to find them. Most that I did find, say at a little shop on town square did not have the strength to let me post anything.

I need something to help me find the strength of the signal so I don't have to pull out my Mac all the time...hey don't you have something like that?

Yep... I have this little gadget: http://www.canarywireless.com/canary/

Tells me the signal strength and if it's a locked/protected signal... so I know whether or not to bother booting up my laptop.
