Bilt Explorer Helmet
![]() Saw this at the local Cycle Gear; I'm not a fan of Bilt gear at all, actually think it's usually crap, but this appears to be a very nice helmet, especially for 99.00... It has a drop down internal tinted visor, looks like it would vent well, even straight through the chin bar. Only immediate concern was the lack of a tab to raise and lower the visor, seems like a pretty obvious oversight. I wear a medium in Arai, and the Bilt fit very similar, ymmv |

I currently wear an AFX 39, and it pains me to say that the Bilt is more comfortable, and works better for those wearing glasses, as the interior lining has a joint where you earpieces slide in...

Interdasting, was wondering when someone would incorporate the internal visor into a DS lid. I have one in my Caberg Trip and I've gotten very fond of that feature.
