This is a good thread -- you first-generation guys need to educate us latecomers.
When did trials originate in the US? I imagine the sport dates to the first Scottish, more or less... When did NATC form up, and the state clubs? |

You need a Bernie book and almost any old national flyer has the old results. NATC seems like it was `74 or `75 with out looking it up. Also look up RMTA as they were the most invovled club besides california.
Here is an easy one. How many ceo`s has the NATC had in the almost 40 year history? |

Oh, I know I need a Bernie book. I made inquiries, and something mysterious is developing in my club (date of origin unknown to me) as to how these Bernie books are gonna come available, in good time....
NATC: I'm gonna guess Ron Saum, then the guy who just left, then the current guy? I have a Ron Saum sticker on my fender, but I DON'T KNOW NOTHING! Sorry... |

Last two are good. I remember Ron as far back as I remember any one from arizona. ( I think Ron invented clock control and first minder I ever saw) But it is not an arizona guy.
