I'll never forget my 1st trip to Arkansas in '82 on my new '82 XV920RH Yamaha. That did it. Since then, too many trips to count with too many bikes to remember. If you do the County gravel roads, your pleasures triple. I still find new roads to explore every trip I make. Even did so just last Summer on my '00 KLR.
No one should miss North 123 or Push Mountain Road. Put it on your bucket list.

Look at Jasper. Highway 123's best part runs from near there through Mt. Judea down to highway 7.
Push Mountain Road is highway 341. Runs roughly between Fifty Six, AR and Calico Rock.
