Seattle Area: Roommate wanted

Hello all,

I am looking to rent out either a room or a suite of rooms in my house. I live on the south end of Beacon Hill. I have available either a single bedroom upstairs, or a two or three room set up in my basement. I have not decided on a price yet as it depends on how much space you need.

I have parking for car and motorcycle (uncovered) available, lots of room, a big yard, view of the lake. Workshop, laundry room, storage.

No smoking and preferably no pets, as I already have a very territorial cat.
