The light cut off line is crazy good.
I wonder, I have a square set of LRs, will my beak support more weight on top of the new LRs with filters

(JK Daryl, I do indeed have enough)

What are the dimensions and weight of the Long Range and Long Range Extreme lights?

I'm thinking of putting a pair on a KTM500 rallye-lite conversion I'm doing as main lights, mounted in a Highway Dirtbikes fairing.

Would the Long Range 10deg lights with the new covers - one wide, one spot be a good combo? Is the cutoff sufficient for street use?

thanks

Probably been asked 50 times, but I can't find the answer.

Is the new H7 plug-n-play compatible with a R1200GS? If not, what is involved with installation?

So if one were to get a single round long range LED light to use as a low beam w/ cut off, would it be better to get the 20 degree light + the filter or the special order 60 degree light plus the filter?

Also could you post the diameter and depth of both the Long Range & the Extreme lights.

Thanks, Dan

That sounds like a cool project! I'd be very interested to see how they fit & how you mount them up. Both Paul and Darryl's products are top notch, it'd be a great combo to see the LEDs in a rally lite fairing.

Darryl, on your website I saw a review for one of the round Long Range lights where a guy said he installed one into a Trail Tech X2 light. Do you have any pictures of this by chance? It seems like an interesting option to mount them onto dirtbikes.

We will be doing a gs1200 install very soon, I don't suspect any issues with install or canbus.

The filters where designed to be used with the 10 degree, or at least that makes the most dramatic change
They also work with very well with the 20, Ill get some photos up asap showing the beam differences.
The 60 most likely would not be the ticket.

Filter photos

I have to eat a bit of crow here and say I was very surprised in the performance of the Long Range 20 degree and the filters, since they where designed for the 10 degree I dint think they would work to well with the 20.
Boy was I wrong

The photos are extremely amateur and taken by yours truly.(definitely over exposed) Professional photos are coming once Angela can fit it in her schedule.

A truly Tunable light, these are by far the best value in LED Aux lights today. Bar None. Ill put them up against ANY light on the market.
All photos are a single light
Here is the 10 degree with the Amber wide angle filter

10 degree with no filter for comparison

20 degree with Clear Wide Beam filter

20 Degree with no filter for comparison

Sorry I missed the part about dimensions. We have been asked that quite a bit. I will post the build drawings once I can convert the files to jpeg.
