How to tighten the wee adventure cases?
bought my wee adventurer last weekend - loving it. However, the boxes are now a little loose (they were tightened at the dealership) and since the dealership has to ship me an owner's manual I'm not sure how to tighten them up to the frame. I tried tightening the nut on the inside of the rack, but once it gets to a certain point there is a washer (?) between the box and the rack that spins. Anybody know? thanks

I don't have the oem adventure cases but do have the SW-Motech Trax cases which I think are similar. The latch hook bracket on the Trax sidecase rack is adjustable. If you loosen it slightly, it can be pushed forward (toward the front of the bike) a bit and retightened. How much would depend on how loose the cases are. That should tighten the case when mounted and latched. You may have to experiment.
Watch the torque, the bolts are kind of soft. SW-Motech ones are listed as 9.6 nm which is 7 ft-lbs. I hope that helps.
