Put a switch on it. Run normal lights most of the time and turn on the modulator when you get ready to cross an intersection. Especially in Florida the half awake cage drivers will usually hit their brakes hard, thinking that you are a cop. It works, and it's legal.

Yes it's expensive but the Bags Connection bags are first rate in quality. I have the Micro on my Tiger and couldn't be happier.

+1 I Love my bags connection GS bag. Best thing I ever bought. Quick disconnect is great. Also used one his those adapter plugs into the side of it so now I run a power cable from my handlebar plug to the side of the bag for my phone and GPS. Fortunately I found one on this forum for 100$

They come with a weather cover. I rode through rain and didn't stop to put the cover on. Everything inside stayed dry. Without the cover, it's not waterproof but it is water resistant.
