bike is coming together fantastic. I like your enginuity.
I wish I could do that trip. I went to Russia 2 years ago for work and had a couple of days to walk around Moscow and see the Red square. What a beautiful country in March. I would love to see it in spring. Have fun on your adventure.

Mikl, No need to notch the fender for the bag, after it's installed take some plyers and squeeze the metal tabs pinching the plastic between it a little, stays on fine. I've used them that way for many tough miles with no problems.

What i do with tool bag on fender is drill small holes and use some zipties, good luck have fun!

My news is very different ) We still have a lot of snow..and my way leading me to the new..we are say goodbye to the last workshop which i organized and we are going from avarice of our partners to the some quite custom visions..now i organizing my double floor garage for completing old customers and preparation to my trip..So independence much better than money ) Will post some pics of my new place soon) cheers!
