if you bystarter is gone , mod to man choke .

Saw the above post and it seem like there is a way to get rid of malfunctioning bystarter with a manual chock replacement.

Also a flip up type

Just thought I would post the links since no one has posted on this before I think. More then one of us as been stuck going what the F because of a bystarter. It's not much more cash to do this then buying an OEM bystarter. If it works with a Yamaha Riva some one might not go bald. I understand Riva is a nightmare when the bystarter and other things go wrong in the fuel system.

It's possible to alter the auto bystarter to work as a plunger and attach a cable to it.

I made one for my HD200 EVO, worked just like a manual choke.
