riding and hunting Texas ideas

Me and the wife are headed to the Hill Country in March and looking for ideas to ride and hog hunt. Plan to park the toy hauler in the northern part of hill country and day trip from there. No place specific yet, got any ideas? We will probably be riding Stelvios, got two new ones ready to ride.
So, if you have some great ideas for either riding or hunting I would like to hear about them. Couple of days hog hunting to fill the freezer, but mostly riding. Got the Butler Hill Country map but you guys know some better places I'm sure.
If you get to CO we can assist you also.
