Advice needed on rebuilding Marzocchi magnum 50's

Howdy Everyone,
Got me a set of 50mm Marzocchi Magnums for a new project but they need a little love, i'm looking for specs, instructions etc for them, oil level info all that stuff. I've had a fair go at googling for the info but theres bugger all out there, can anyone point me in the right direction please?
Thanks in advance
OD

Marzocchi MAGNUM 50

I have the factory instruction manual for them.
I have a pair that came stock on my 97 KTM 360 EXC.
If you are still in need, I can scan pdf's and email specific information to you, otherwise the whole book would be about 15-20 pages.

PM Me with your info

are these used? dumb question? no, not really. my set was taken apart and hard anodized internally before I rode them. why? the inner tube wears the outer tube quickly and they have play in them almost immediately. see if the lowers wiggle on the inners extended. throw in trash as not fixable. dampener rod with holes or slots for dampening. no cartridge. position sensitive dampening no speed sensing. I put cartridge internals after hard coating. do not waste your time. really. bob

Hmmm well i had abandoned this thread a while back, just dropped in to check it and see i have a few replies! Clarkey i'll send you a pm, and thanks.
Caflash....thats not good news! I thought these things where some of the best on the market and you tell me its not a cartridge fork!!! Ah well, i guess they'll do to keep the front off the ground until i can get a good pair of extremes or USD's or something.

You can save the original photo from the slide-out menu on the Right. Good luck.

P.S. Always wear a helmet or you may wake up and find out that you just took a two-week nap.
