If I could afford it, which I most likely won't, I'd like to get a set of Rigid Dualies on the KLR. Where LED beats HID is small package size and even less consumption, a KLR does not have much charging system to share, two Dualies comes in at 30 watts while two HIDs would be 70 watts.

Veggie Food
Hey Joel, hate to be fussy but will there be any veggie food available. Not a big deal if it is not, I will just get my own food. Wanted to check before I did that.

sorry i could not reply to a lot of questions or answer PMs (believe it or not, i have over 100 unanswered PMs, not just for this event, but people asking for gps tracks, riding areas, bike problems, gear, etc.). please no more PMs unless it is very extremely highly important priority.
i don't have access to advrider.com at work. have to borrow someone's laptop and connect elsewhere. there are many people here who will be able to help. Quote:
later, i want to thank all the donors, each one of them. FOLKS who are fortunate to WIN any of the donated prizes, please send them a thank you note, a day or two once you get home. i'm sure they love to hear that we are appreciative, and will be motivated to donate again the following year. Quote:
we will need someone or 2 to volunteer, shop and cook or prep a vegetarian dish or whatever the special need. i will give you the money.

How many vegetarians are we talking about? Are we talking "Lacto-Ovo" vegetarians, full on vegetarians or Vegans? I don't do Vegan. I sure I could come up with some veggie meals as long as there aren't too many takers (lets call it limited to 10) . If I do the veggie meals, please refund (it's still not the end of Jan.) my dinner costs for myself and my bud Ron (numbers 120 and 141) as I will just grill some Filet Mignons, Ribs and T-bones for us along with the vegetarian fare I make for the others. Let me know
