I still wouldn't give up on a SYM HD 200. Fast enough that you could leave it dead stock for maximum reliability. With my SYM I just keep consumables like a belt, air cleaner and brake pads in stock. At 13000 miles my SYM Citycom needs a valve adjustment but I have a copy of the repair manual online. It's a simple bike that any scooter shop should be able to handle. No shims, just a simple adjustment.

You could drop into your dealer once a year to get the CVT cleaned and serviced and once every two years for the valves. No biggie. Mine has been dead reliable; being completely stock and the big wheel bikes with their upright riding position are great for bodies that don't bend like they used too.
