......so.........after lunch the 'troupe' are gathered up and we head off to ride through the short Todra Gorge........
We stop for a few snaps.......at this point we're the last ones through as the others didn't want to stop too long as they thought the walls of the gorge would close in and crush them like the way they've seen in horror films......Robocop tells them he'll protect them but they ride off still afraid of his helmet [IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG]Then we ride along roads like this as the gorge opens out,towards Imilchil.....a nice scenic ride. [IMG]  [/IMG]

So...now that we're over the HIgh Atlas again and as the mountains usually halt any large rain clouds heading south...the landscape changes. There's more greenery and the villages more compact....
When you look to the left of the clip you'll see a man on a bicycle...he'll just ride on out and nearly bump into me.....usual sort of stuff you put up with..... I do a U turn,push him off his bike and let his tyres down before riding on........ We arrive at Imilchil to find it a bustling market town.....we didn't like the look of one of the auberges in the town centre so we ride on out North....by good fortune we stumble upon a newly constructed European standard auberge(about 200 metres on the RHS before the fuel station...we discuss a price and book in....and drink tea of course.... [IMG]  [/IMG]The KTM had been suffering from asthama like one of those old Bedford trucks we keep seeing.... Upon arrival we parked up and Noah set about fixing it.....maybe the 690 still wasn't happy about loosing the drag race to that old Africa Twin on the last dried up lake bed....... [IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG]This group of kids were great upon arrival.... [IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG]I take a video and show them it on the playback screen.....it was the first time they'd seen themselves on 'TV' before......the girl showed pure joy..... [IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG]

 [/IMG]We eat and have a really good meal......and the next morning we get up and fettle with the motos...... My air filter is done ready for the next stages as there shouldn't be any more great amount of dust now that we're away from the sand and feche-feche....and more into the northern colder region..... Craig and Noah try to get their moto's running properly.... Craig takes his air filter out to find it somewhat 'slightly soiled'... [IMG]  [/IMG][IMG]  [/IMG]I finish up and I leave the keys in the ignition by mistake....I have to chase away the rest go the group(except Adam) as they were starting to fight over grabbing my keys citing that my moto was the better by far to bring on a trip to Morocco.....I then employ a Jedi Knight to guard over it until we leave... [IMG]  [/IMG].

This is what I call a proper adventure ride in Morocco (probably because i had the same track in my mind). Like your sense of humor
