Any short term vehicle insurance in the USA?

I'm living in Malaysia but visiting my sick dad in America for 3 weeks where I'll be riding around on a bike and truck I had stored here. Haven't been in the US for a couple years.

Any ideas on how to get insurance for a few weeks? FWIW both the bike and the truck are in my name, now have current registration but no insurance.
