Thumbs up for Sask Battery

It seems so rare to deal with a company that does not try to dick you around these days that I wanted to let people know that Mark at Sask Battery made my day. I bought a sealed acid battery for the 640 last spring, works fine, I called him and he recommended the cheaper yuasa knock-off - said I would not be disappointed. Thing works great.

So last fall I decided to switch to Li-ion for the dirt bike to shave some pounds. Called Mark up - also mentioned the knock-offs are of comparable quality. If not well he offered a 12-month replacement. So when I ordered the Phantom Lithium something was wrong. no real power. I waited till this week to say something and after explaining the problem I have a replacement being shipped my way.

Stand up guy. So cool to have people say they won't let you down and they don't. Maybe I should have went with the Shorai from day one but I'm a cheap ass, what can I say? That's my fault not his - he did not actually talk me out of the Shorai (or the Yuasa for that matter) just said that he did not see more knock-offs fail compared to the brand name ones.

Bought my Odyssey Battery from them last year. Top-notch service and price. All done through e-bay and Canada Post. Highly recommended.

bought 3 batteries from them, all yuasa lead acids, got them in 4 days. shipped out the same day ordered them, free shipping and $30 cheaper per battery than I could get them locally.
