So who is HSI???? Rubby has burnt more bridges with mega-bucks sponsors than anyone! Many times with lawyers involved, he's what you could call litigious.

I think that is a T on the end, so HST, but I've been wrong many times before...

You are right the only that is clear has the T chopped. So then, who is HST?
