Could be useful in some situations especially in sand but one of these is much more versatile

Massdam rope pullers are great, I have one with 100 feet of rope and just move it from the Ural to the Rokon to the snowmobile and to the Argo (which has a front mounted electric winch but it is surprising how often one needs to pull it out of something).
