Sandblasting Brisbane & DIY frame/engine painting

I've just got hold of a 1980 PE175T I owned 20 years ago and am planning on doing a basic rebuild.
I want to start with repainting the frame and cylinder and head.

Can anyone recommend a sand blaster in Bris (City/North side) that will do a good reasonably-priced job on the frame and a few other bits such as cylinder/head and maybe shock springs?

Also any recommendations on the paint to use if I do it myself (I have a small compressor)? What brand?
I was thinking etch priming then 2 coats of 2pk primer and 2 coats of 2pk top coat??

If I paint the cylinder & head, is it best to use high temp engine spray in a can?

Cheers

I wouldn't be sand blasting, I would go for a vapour blasting.Vapour blasting leaves no pitting and it will bring the
alloy engine parts up so good you will not want to paint them.
