If I was going for a "real motorcycle", and since I really like the whole automatic thing, it'd be a Mana GT because it's sexier than the NC700X, though if it really was my money it would be on the Honda.

Honda NT700 becuase the phrase "Sport Touring" is in my opinion the best of both worlds. If done correctly, it satisfies everything without compromise.

The best big ever made brough superior ss 1000
the best tour bike in the last 40 years Original 75 goldwing

HOnda helix best scooter ever made is what I think

Total cost to own
Number one is 40 grand plus for crappy rust heap and 100 to 250 grand for one as it come off the show room. New ones are 125 grand to start and are made so you can't tell the diff.
Number two : Golding restored is 5 to 10 grand as done by Randell the gl 1000 specialist in wa state.
Honda Helix cheap 500 to 3500 depending on what it is. Anyone got the cash laying around they might consider buying for me?

But if I had all the time in the world I would never have a solid answer.

2 months ago an 83 year old was telling me in 1952 he bought a Vincent black shadow. He join the Royal Canadian airrforce and just abandon in Courtney BC. He had no idea what they are worth today and no clue what happened to his. I ve thought were did it go. Did it get road into the ground, is it left in some house still ?

A scooter, cruiser, and tourer. Currently I have a Burgman 650, a Dyna, and a Victory Cross Country.

Only I would (will) change is the Burgman, to the new BMW C650GT.

Got 1 & 2 but I keep looking at the Mana but have refused the offer of a test ride for fear I'd end up buying it. I sometimes consider a Madass or other small dirt capable bike for the dirt roads around here (not really an off road person but there are a lot of dirt roads in the rockies.)

I don't really need anything besides a Scarabeo and the Vespa GTS though.

1. 2007 Ducati Multistrada DS "S" model
2. Yamaha Virago 250
3. Kymco Yager GT200i

I had the 2006 Ducati, almost perfect, the next year they came out with the wet clutch. The S model has the most perfect suspension I have ever rode!

The Virago is a stroked 125 so small bike / big power. It would go 80 MPH and get 80 MPG's with my 180 lbs onboard.

The Yager is my current ride. It's the biggest scooter that still gets great gas mileage (80 MPG). Great for commuting!

Right now I have a pretty good mix with my 1150 GS, Bonnie T100 and GTS250 Super. I am getting close to upgrading my GS to a newer version, but the Bonnie and GTS are perfect compliments for me.

Well, a thumper dual sport would be nice too. Anyone have one they would like to trade for my SYM Fiddle 125?
