Tourmaster Synergy Controller Bypass?

My Tourmaster Synergy jacket liner controller failed today and since I ride every day and it is cold I would like to bypass the controller while I wait for a replacement. Has anyone done this who can tell me how it is done? I use my liner on medium pretty much all the time and would like to remove the controller and hard wire it in that setting if possible.

Thread Resurrection here.

I have the same jacket and had the controller fail on me. I've been meaning to take apart the screw in "Socket" piece and find a way to basically hot-wire it to "on" all the time then just use a heat-troller type controller on the power lead to control the heat that way.

The jacket liner is good but Tourmaster screwed up on the controller.

Well google is my friend

I just got that and then bought a heat-troller.

+1 on the adapter. My Synergy controller failed several years ago. Tourmaster was good about sending me a newer, supposedly better, controller but I didn't trust it. Bought the adapter to use with a Powerlet dual controller (heated insoles) and haven't looked back.
