Seats ? 950 vs 990

Does anybody know for sure if a stock 990 seat will fit a 950? Both Adventures.......

I have put a 990 gel seat on a 950 in the past.

Seats for 950 and 990 are interchangeable. I took my 950 gel seat and put it on my 990. Fits both bikes perfectly. (Then I sold my 950.)
