I did read the rules ... and had a question on the sale and purchase of parts..
Are we promoting something that may be questionable ???

Vehicle. It is therefore strictly forbidden to sell or transfer any items being transported;

^^^ Maybe HRC has a team of specialists back in Japan working on a retrofit of a hand washer as a fuel cell .

like they did on Apollo 13

edit ... that was funnier when the toilet & hand wash photo was still up

I think that refers to sale for non-rally use, similar in intent to a carnet.
