Cheers for this mate. It's a classic.

I still read it in Irish accent.

Holy crap sh*t dudes and dudettes!

I'm gonna have to figure out a way to read this thread while asleep. And when working. And when eating dinner with friends. It's not working the way I'm handling this currently. =)

The secret is to put the red no doze pills in your cornflakes of a morning, nothing but coffee in the am... spicy food in the afternoon and visine bottle on top of the monitor of an evening.

Stage 3 Highlight!- RG Carries Parts For JC
Robby Gordon picked up parts for Johnny Campbell's bike before the HUMMER started todays special. Robby found Johnny and his bike, turned around and dropped the necessary parts to Campbell. That's what we call USA teamwork. Tune in tonight on NBC Sports (11:30 PST) to hear Robby talk about it

What could Robby have in that Hummer that could fix JC's Honda??

If they found out JC was broke down and HRC gave Robby parts to drop off is that ok??

Who's the one with the rulebook??

Yes, it's still one competitor helping another.
That's why some trucks run for the win, others run support with mechanics and spares for car and bike racers.

Any competitor may assist another competitor...

BUT where an when RG got the parts from the HRC crew is the question... If word got back to the bivvy and they passed on the bits prior to RG leaving the compound on the liason... no problem.

It's the old stagers like you Remi - that can answer without looking up the book that is the real F5 voodoo mate...

Well, after:
- 1 work day without Advrider access;
- pick up kids from school;
- bathing the kids;
- making dinner;
- eat;
- watch day´s stage on Eurosport,

I finally read all the days posts.

On bikes KTM 1,2,3 with Despres cleverly on the lead. Husqvarnas going well. Paulo for shure had is eyes shut when he went down the rocky dune... Manuel´s odissey should be written in a book!
On cars, clad to see Robby going.

See you tomorrow you F5oolics.

No liaison to speak of today, they started at the bivouac, so it makes a lot of sense. As long as Robby doesn't get stuck before he reaches JC...

Can't wait to for Robby to ask JC to repay the favour.

... "hey JC, can you strap on a spare gearbox to your back, i seem to have blown reverse. thanks heaps, Robby"
