I think the hard packed terrain at the end of the stage gave Nate the ability to push ahead.

So it's coming up towards midnight in the UK and, at last, I've caught up again.

An awesome day. Some great news with our favoured riders getting through a tough day, against which we need to balance the tragedy of the R2R accident and remember just how fragile life can be.

love the slo mo video of Pyn and feel really proud to see our logo on his bike - gld to be doing ou little bit to help out

See you all in the morning - if you can keep it below 30 pages for me to catch up it would be great
