Prolly 205, but I lol'd at that, and lol'd again when the truck was freed and Carlton said something to the effect of "I told you!"

For those following at home, Luis is the current Lanterne Rouge and has been on stage 24 hours longer than Olivier Pain through 6 stages. That does not include the additional time it's taken him to do the liaisons.
Think about that for a minute.

Only those who have finished today's stage are classified on the overall right now. He's got a pretty good lead over his nearest competitor, I'm not sure Luis can be caught even if they spend the night on the stage. ![]() Matt Fish does not appear on the withdrawal list yet, so technically it's not over until he misses the start cutoff tomorrow morning. He sure does. It's going to be an epic story if he can pull it off.

Love the Candid's/emotive shots, those are usually some of my favorites from the race.

Loving the few bits of video we've seen that shows the riders out there after the sun sets. Very inspiring. Wish we had more of it as that's when many of the true Dakar stories unfold.
Cya tomorrow bright and early

I was looking through Dakar 2013 Withdrawals and noticed on the Cars list there were a number of "explusions" and none in any of the other classes, Moto, Quad or Truck.
Any idea what any of the Cars that were expelled from the race did to get booted? |
