Correct! The France X schedules seem to suffer a bit from being over-designed rather than conveying information... Read the listing from the wrong day. =(

Corrected listings:
@ 22:15 (UTC/GMT) - Eurosport 1 (Highlights)
@ 23:55 (UTC/GMT) - Eurosport 1 (Highlights)
@ 23:20 (UTC/GMT) - France 2 (Bivouac)
See above.

Can't tell if quoting ADVRider as my source on Twitter makes me look like a fool or not. Don't care. ADVRider has the best info anyway!

I just got off Google-Earth-Live. I was able to see some notes on the dash of the KTM managers car. It looks like KTM has an F5-point plan:
1) Caselli is first out tomorrow, with a slight mustache growing on his lip
2) He makes lots of dust
3) He goes a bit off course (since he’s new at this navigation thing)
4) Others follow the dust, not realizing they went off course
5) Despres stays on course, passing all, cruising in to a 14 minute stage win in 4th gear

I think the presumption that Cyril is out of the race due to this is premature. He'll be within 30 minutes of the leader. The leader who has never led before. Still plenty of time.

Yep, Dabrowski. Apparently Faria's motor was announced to the organizers when Dabrowski "volunteered" his own.

Agreed. Cyril is most definitely not out. Plenty of time left especially as everyone else will most likely change motors at least once also.

Santiago Times article on Thomas Bourgin:

http://www.santiagotimes.cl/sports/o...ident-in-chile

Quote:
“I'm worried about the Dakar Rally,” Bourgin told the organizers before the race started. “I'm always a little anxious about missing something in my preparation, for example. But I'm going there to learn, and fulfill my dream. I want to party in Santiago, I have no objective in terms of classification. "
And one on Emol:

From Dabrowski's Dakar bio. In the Orlen team, we are all free to ride our race. Now Kuba (Przygonshi) is the fastest and if he has a problem, I will stop to help him. During the rally, we'll see in what position we find ourselves and maybe I'll sacrifice my position for the others.
