118 km into today's special, all the leaders on the course are straying off the right path. They're all heading towards the mountains instead of following the river, as they should. It looks like Hélder Rodrigues and Paulo Gonçalves are the only ones who are still on track, but some of the leaders seem to be backtracking.

Don't forget that this is the stage before the rest day - usually very, very hard.

I really struggled for about 3 hours to get the 2nd part of the stage done but I just could not link the terrain with the map properly. That loop really screwed me because there are no roads in the mountains that do anything like that that I could find.

Also the quality of the photos is too granuluar to pickup possible HP sections. Thats the trouble with Argentina sometimes.

I have an idea where they are all lost though....

after a while the roadbook makes NO sense... I found that out first hand... I cant see them going too far.. then after back tracking they have the danger of running into one another...

If the generic stage map is to be believed, there's a river crossing between wp9 and wp10. Wonder if it's a grade crossing?
