Overall timing is scrambled at the moment, probably because of the shortened stage + neutralized zone.

I think the run it the day before. Then make roadbook edits as needed, that they post in the bivouac each evening.

Despres comes in third on the stage behind two other folks way back in GC, but all three are 20 minutes ahead of anyone else in the top 10 in GC.

AFAIK, a car is doing the stage a day in advance. Heavy rains can change the conditions in 24 hours, though (mudgate was such a case, a mudslide that happened after the 0 car went through).
