The weather conditions have deteriorated further than forecast and the dry river beds that cross the route today are in a state of torrential flood. The rally organisers have decided to stop the special for the cars and trucks. We await further news on the matter.

Hmmm . . . CP1 = WP3
There are a lot of bikes back there, or close.

Anyone have any idea how really bad the weather is? Based on this and live timing it looks like the moto pack at the rear (Luis, Thierry) might have got caught up in the weather. Looks like everyone ahead of cp5 is still going forward but the rest are at a stop...

Hondagate!!!

If you say that fast with a Japanese accent you get something like the war cry of the last Samurai.

Puuurrfect...

Any possibility maybe Helder got the fuel wrong? Its happened before

I'm probably not the only one who actually said it out loud, quickly, with a raspy Japanese accent.

This reminded me, a lot of spectator video captures helicopters following the competitors, often with one of the stretcher things hooked to its side. It gives kind of an errie vibe, like a vulture shadowing a dying man lost in the desert.

"Hey, I'm sure everything's going to be fine, but, you know, just in case I'll hover above you with this stretcher for a while. Cows happen you know."

Besides Pizzolito´s performance, have you noticed that he rode extra 30 minutes today (navigation error), run a really fast pace (almsot fastest of all) and did not get out of fuel!!
Can a riding style have that much impact, or were they riding with the same engine?

Helders under seat Nitrous was always going to be an issue

Looking forward to hearing Pyndons RR tonight. Seems like a cluster happened and we haven't gotten any idea of what happened on the track today. Peoples times were all over the place.
