We use a Mexican soap that we have named "magic soap" you can find it here or at your local Mexican grocery. It will take stains out of fabric better than anything I have ever seen. I used this on an old car interior and made it look brand new.

MEK ( Methyl ethyl ketone) or MPK ( METHYL PROPYL KETONE) is what we use in the Aircraft industry. It is some nasty stuff and can eat things you are applying it to, including your fatty tissue.

Try a Mr. Clean pad. These seem to work on everything else... Spot check first though.
